  • No-Show at the Event: If you do not attend the event without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

2. Exhibition/Booth Bookings
For businesses or exhibitors who book exhibition booths or spaces at events:

  • Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before the Event: A full refund will be issued, minus any administrative charges or deposits made.
  • Cancellations Made 15-29 Days Before the Event: A 50% refund of the booth booking fee will be issued, minus any applicable charges.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before the Event: No refund will be issued for booth cancellations made within 15 days of the event.

3. Special Offers, Discounts, and Group Bookings
Refunds for bookings made through special offers, discounts, or group bookings will be subject to the same cancellation terms as above. However, the amount refunded may be adjusted based on the specific offer applied at the time of booking.

6. Non-Transferable
Registrations and bookings are non-transferable to other individuals. Should you need to transfer your spot to someone else, please contact our support team, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
